Ley 1049 de 2006 · por medio de la cual la Nación se asocia y rinde homenaje al municipio de Cartago, en el departamento del Valle, con motivo de la celebración de los cuatrocientos sesenta y cuatro (464) años de su fundación, exalta la capacidad creadora y el espíritu de su gente y se dictan otras disposiciones.
