Artículo primero. Adiciónase el artículo primero de la Ley 47 de 1971 con los siguientes literales:

Construir y adquirir los inmuebles que requieran la Contraloría General de la República, la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil y la Procuraduría General de la Nación.

Contratar con otras entidades de derecho público la construcción o adquisición de los inmuebles que éstas requieran para sus servicios.
