El autor suministrara al Ministerio los originales de la obra y los dibujos que han de servir para los clisés de las ilustraciones. Pero el autor no perderá los derechos literarios de su obra, sino que será dueño de ella para si en cualquier tiempo quisiere vender la propiedad o hacer por su cuenta nuevas ediciones.
