Art. 37. Las cuentas que el Rector del Colegio del Rosario debe rendir de su administración, serán fenecidas en primera instancia por la Consiliatura, y en segunda por la Corte de Cuentas. Dichas cuentas se presentarán el 31 de Diciembre de cada año. En decreto separado se determinará el sistema de Contabilidad que deba aplicarse á tales cuentas.
