Facúltase al Jefe del Departamento Nacional de Turismo para supervigilar todos y cada uno de los servicios que se brinde a los turistas o pasajeros en los hoteles, restaurantes, pensiones y cabarets, así como para estudiar e impartir su aprobación en las tarifas que deban regir en tales establecimientos. Al mismo tiempo supervigilará el estado higiénico de los mismos.
