Límite De Inversión

Decreto 712 de 2004 · por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 132 de la Ley 101 de 1993, adicionado por el artículo 3° de la Ley 811 de 2003.

°. Límite de inversión . El límite máximo de recursos que el Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario, Finagro, podrá destinar como aporte de capital en empresas y proyectos específicos será equivalente al diez por ciento (10%) de su patrimonio técnico.

Parágrafo

El anterior límite podrá extenderse hasta el 20% del patrimonio técnico del Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario, siempre que la operación cuente con el voto favorable de todos los miembros de su Junta Directiva.
