º Cuando el Ministerio de Guerra necesite prestar algún servicio urgente con los barcos de la Flotilla Fluvial de Guerra y no les fuera posible a los Comandantes de dichos barcos demorarse hasta obtener el permiso de los Inspectores de Navegación, podrán zarpar sin tal requisito.
