Artículo único. De acuerdo con lo dispuesto por el artículo 856 del Código Militar, concédese al Coronel Juan de Dios Ruiz la recompensa de dos mil pesos ($ 2,000), por una sola vez, que le será pagada íntegramente y en moneda legal.
