IMPORTACION DE PRODUCTOS CON REGISTRO. cualquier importador establecido legalmente en los Puertos Libres a que se refiere el presente Decreto, podrá solicitar, en cualquier tiempo, Registro Sanitario Especial para la importación de los productos mencionados en el artículo primero, aunque se haya otorgado Registro Sanitario o Registro Sanitario Especial para los mismos productos.
