Prestaciones e caso de muerte. En caso de muerte de un Agente de la Policía que se halle separado temporalmente, sus beneficiarios en el orden regulacio en este estatuto, tendrán derecho a las mismas prestaciones establecidas para los beneficiarios de los Agentes que fallezcan en servicio activo.
