Si dentro de los cuarenta y cinco (45) días calendario siguientes a la presentación del recurso no se notificare decisión alguna, la declaratoria de insubsistencia del nombramiento se entenderá revocada y la calificación que le dio origen se considerará satisfactoria en el puntaje mínimo.
