Autorízase a los representantes del Gobierno en la Junta Directiva del Banco Agrícola Hipotecario para que propongan ante la misma Junta, de acuerdo con los estatutos del Banco, el aumento del capital en tres millones de pesos ($ 3.000 000), y se autoriza al Gobierno para suscribir y pagar las nuevas acciones que se emitan, en la parte en que no hayan sido tomadas, por los Departamentos o los Municipios dos meses después de otorgada la escritura de reforma de los estatutos para el aumento del capital, o en el total del aumento decretado si no suscribieren acciones las entidades dichas.
