Los militares pensionados que quieran contribuir voluntariamente al Montepío podrán radicar en la Oficina que les pague la pensión, á favor del Tesoro del Establecimiento, las cuotas mensuales correspondientes á éste; pero si por culpa de los mismos pensionados dejare el Montepío de percibir alguna de dichas cuotas, el militar respectivo incurrirá en la sanción prescrita en el artículo anterior.
