Vigencia . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga las normas que le sean contrarias en especial el artículo 45 del Decreto 1108 de 1994 y los numerales 1, 4 y 6 del artículo 14 del Decreto 1575 de 1997.
