Desde la sanción de la presente Ley, suspéndase la vigencia de la Ley 0058 de 1931, mientras se expida una general sobre sociedades comerciales, especialmente sobre las anónimas.

El Ministro del ramo y el Superintendente Bancario, asesorados por las Cámaras de Comercio, revisarán la expresada Ley 58 y prepararán el proyecto general de la ley para presentarlo al Congreso en sus próximas sesiones ordinarias.
