º Al fondo de que trata el artículo anterior ingresarán las partidas destinadas por el Gobierno Nacional y por la Corporación Financiera Popular al fomento del cine nacional, y el valor de los sobreprecios que para ese efecto fije el Ministerio de Comunicaciones. Para la determinación de dichos sobreprecios, el Ministerio de Comunicaciones tendrá en cuenta la clasificación de las salas de exhibición cinematográfica y el carácter nacional o extranjero de la producción, de conformidad con el artículo 2° del Decreto número 129 de 1976.
