La carrera militar exige depurado patriotismo. La devoción por la Patria deberá superar cualquier interés personal y familiar. Demanda clara concepción del cumplimiento del deber, acendrado espíritu militar, firmeza de carácter, sentido de la responsabilidad, veracidad, valor, obediencia, subordinación y compañerismo. Permanente preocupación del personal de las Fuerzas Militares, será la de cultivar y desarrollar, en el más alto grado, las virtudes y deberes antes mencionados.
