Ejecutar todos los trabajos de mecanografía para las distintas dependencias del Ministerio, con excepción de las secciones o unidades que tengan su propio servicio de mecanografía. b). Controlar cualitativa y cuantitativamente los trabajos de mecanografía; c). Adiestrar el nuevo personal de mecanografía; d). Llevar registro y rendir informes sobre el trabajo realizado. e). Aplicar incentivos de trabajo.
