El que por cualquier medio eficaz de divulgación del pensamiento hace a otro imputación falsa sobre un hecho personal y concrete relacionado con sus deberes y honra profesionales, de suerte que por la naturaleza de la imputación se le expone a la animadversión, desprecio de las Fuerzas Militares, del Gobierno o del público, incurre en arresto de seis meses a tres años.
