ARTICULO 142. Procedimiento oficioso. El reconocimiento de las prestaciones sociales a que tienen derecho los empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional, o sus beneficiarios, será tramitado por procedimiento oficioso. Cuando las oficinas de Personal no puedan producir de oficio las pruebas pertinentes, corresponderá allegarlas al interesado, y si no existiere la prueba principal, será reemplazada por la prueba supletoria que admita la ley.
