Profesores Militares de Primera Categoría. Para ser Profesor Militar de Primera Categoría, 5º requiere

Ser diplomado en Estado Mayor, u ostentar título de formación universitaria, conforme a las normas de educación superior vigente en todo tiempo;

Haber dictado un mínimo de doscientas setenta (270) horas de clase en la materia o materias de la respectiva, especialidad, como Profesor de Segunda Categoría en Institutos de Formación y Capacitación de las Fuerzas Militares:

Ser autor de un libro o manual que sirva de texto de estudio en la materia o materias de la especialidad.
