º. De la responsabilidad . La fortificación de la harina de trigo con los micronutrientes es responsabilidad de los industriales fabricantes de la harina de trigo. Así mismo, para la fabricación de productos alimenticios en los cuales se utilice esta materia prima, deberán elaborarse con harina de trigo fortificada según los requisitos establecidos en este Decreto.
