Facúltase al Gobierno para crear en Agua de Dios y Contratación los establecimientos de enseñanza que considere adecuados a las necesidades de los que allí residen, y para que pague al personal de esos establecimientos y a los médicos, odontólogos y enfermeras, en general, asignaciones superiores a las de otros Municipios.
