En concordancia con lo establecido en el artículo 44 de la Ley 1450 de 2011, Bancóldex como administrador del Fondo ejercerá su dirección y Secretaría Técnica. El administrador podrá contratar las evaluaciones técnicas de las propuestas, la auditoría e interventoría especializada en manejo financiero y de gestión; y otras actividades que correspondan al giro ordinario de la administración del Fondo.
