Determinación del Valor Comercial de un inmueble . La determinación del valor comercial de los inmuebles la harán, a través de un avalúo, el Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi, la entidad que haga sus veces o las personas naturales o jurídicas de carácter privado registradas y autorizadas por las lonjas de propiedad raíz del lugar donde se ubiquen los bienes objeto de la valoración.
