Los baldíos que le asignó la Ley de 21 de abril de 1853 al Colegio de Ríonegro, le serán entregados de acuerdo con la misma Ley, dentro de los límites del Departamento de Antioquia, en el lugar que designe la Municipalidad de Ríonegro, con sometimiento a las disposiciones vigentes sobre baldíos e hidrocarburos, sin perjudicar derechos de terceros.
