Artículo único. Aclárase el artículo único del Decreto número 1939 de julio 30 de 1964, en el sentido de que el nombramiento hecho al doctor Edgar E. Valencia Cardona para desempeñar el empleo de Médico de Salud Pública I, Director, grado 15, de la Sección de Sanidad, Servicios Técnicos, en la Cárcel del Distrito dé Pereira, perteneciente a la División de Penas y Medidas de Seguridad, surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1° de marzo de 1964. Comuníquese y publíquese.
