Desistimiento de la ejecución. Desistida la ejecución en los términos del numeral 4 del artículo 67 de la Ley 1676 de 2013, la autoridad jurisdiccional competente lo comunicará a la entidad autorizada que conoce el trámite de ejecución especial en los términos del numeral 5 del mismo artículo.
