000.00) moneda legal, como aporte de la Nación a la edificación del Colegio Cooperativo Militar "General Santander", que en la ciudad de Bucaramanga está construyendo la Cooperativa Santander Militares en Retiro Limitada "Coosamir".

Parágrafo

La partida de que trata la presente Ley será incluída en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia fiscal, y en caso de que esto no ocurriere, el Gobierno Nacional queda autorizado para ejecutar las operaciones presupuestales que garanticen el fiel cumplimiento del presente mandato.
