Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para hacer timbrar y monopolizar, por cuenta de la Repíblica, el expedido de "Tarjetas postales," con las condiciones que expresa el artículo 15 del reglamento.

El precio de venta será de un centavo cada dia. Este precio es independiente del valor de la estampilla que debe llevar para la conduccion por los correos.
