Artículo Undécimo. - Para los efectos de la liquidación y pago de las pensiones de jubilación o invalidez correspondientes a los Empleadores de carácter permanente en el exterior, se tomará como base las asignaciones señaladas a los Ministros de Despacho. Este reajuste solamente tiene tolerancia a partir del veintitrés (23) de octubre de mil novecientos sesenta y seis (1966).
