° Los beneficiados por el artículo anterior tendrán derecho a que se les reconozcan los grados militares de que fueron privados, pero no lo tendrán al reconocimiento de los sueldos, prestaciones sociales, primas, ni cualquiera otra asignación oficial, dejados de devengar desde su procesamiento o condena hasta la fecha del presente Decreto.
