El auxilio decretado por el artículo anterior será incluido en el Presupuesto Nacional de la próxima vigencia fiscal, y si esto no se hiciere, facúltase al Gobierno para verificar dentro del mismo las traslaciones que fueren necesarias para darle cumplimiento a la presente Ley.
