ARTICULO 3.2.3.3.- EXPEDICION DE COMPROBANTES. De toda operación celebrada por conducto de una bolsa de valores se dará una boleta, nota o comprobante de transacción, que deberán firmar los miembros que en ella intervinieron, junto con el gerente de la bolsa, o quien haga sus veces. Estos comprobantes deberán expresar la especie y cantidad objeto de la operación, su precio, plazo y demás formalidades que se determinen en el respectivo reglamento.
