Cuando un Embajador o un Ministro ofrezca una fiesta en honor del Presidente de la República deberá indicar anticipadamente al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores los nombres de las demás personas invitadas, y remitirá, al mismo tiempo, copia del discurso que habrá de pronunciar en ella, si el invitante desea ofrecerla en esa forma.
