amends ley 135/61

de la Ley 135 de 1961 , quedará así:

Artículo 7º. b) Todo acto o contrato por valor superior a veinte millones de pesos ($20.000.000.00), o que tenga por objeto la adquisición de tierras para la ejecución de programas de reforma agraria, requerirá la aprobación previa de la Junta Directiva. La cuantía establecida en el presente artículo se reajustará al vencimiento de cada año calendario, para preservar su valor constante en moneda legal, de conformidad con el índice nacional de precios al consumidor para empleados, certificado por el DANE para cada período.
