de la Ley 4º. de 1976, las de incapacidad permanente parcial y las compartidas, serán reajustadas de oficio cada vez y con el mismo porcentaje en que sea incrementado por el Gobierno el salario mínimo legal mensual.

Parágrafo

Este reajuste tendrá vigencia simultánea a la que se fija para el salario mínimo.
