º Las personas de quienes dependan, legal o convencionalmente los individuos de veinte años de edad, están obligadas a hacer a la Alcaldía las declaraciones a que se contrae el artículo 2.º del presente Decreto, y en caso de omisión podrán ser condenadas a una multa de cinco a diez pesos oro.
