Art. 12. Los denunciantes y aprehensores de contrabando tendrán derecho á percibir, por vía de gratificación, el 20 por 100 y 30 por 100, respectivamente, del valor de los efectos en que aquéllos consistan, sin otra deducción que la del 50 por 100 proporcional de los derechos defraudados. Si los aprehensores son miembros de un Resguardo, su derecho será únicamente de un 20 por 100, divisible entre ellos; si fueren varios, por partes iguales.
