La Licencia De Tránsito Se Expedirá Luego De Abierto El Folio De Matrícula En La Oficina De Registro De Instrumentos Públicos, Y Contendrá Los Siguientes Datos: 1

La licencia de tránsito se expedirá luego de abierto el folio de matrícula en la oficina de registro de instrumentos públicos, y contendrá los siguientes datos

1.

Clase de vehículo e identificación plena del mismo ;

2.

Matrícula;

3.

Destinación y servicio que prestará;

4.

Nombre, domicilio, dirección e identidad del propietario o del nudo propietario y del poseedor o tenedor;

5.

Cualquier limitación de la propiedad;

6.

Número de las placas asignadas;

7.

Las demás que determinen las autoridades de tránsito.
