Ley 28 de 1965 · por la cual se abren unos créditos adicionales al Presupuesto de Rentas e Ingresos, se hacen unos contracréditos en el de Gastos y se abren unos créditos adicionales al mismo, para la vigencia de 1965 (Congreso Nacional, Contraloría General de la República, Departamentos Administrativos de la Presidencia de la República, de la Aeronáutica Civil y Servicios Generales y Ministerios de Gobierno, Relaciones Exteriores, Hacienda y Crédito Público-Deuda Pública Nacional, Guerra, Salud Pública, Educación Nacional y Obras Públicas), por $ 21.328.549.26.
