° El Gobierno de Colombia se asocia a la organización de la Escuela Interamericana de Orientación Cooperativa y procurará enviar cada año un grupo de diez estudiantes por lo menos, de acuerdo con la clasificación fijada en el segundo considerando del presente Decreto.
