Créase una Junta compuesta del Gobernador del Departamento de Caldas, del Presidente del Concejo de Manzanares y de dos ciudadanos designados por el Presidente de la República, encargados de señalar los auxilios y atender a la reconstrucción de que trata esta Ley. La Junta tendrá un interventor designado y pagado por la Contraloría General de la República.
