Articulo 4º La dirección del Fondo sera ejercida por el Directos del ICFES, de acuerdo con las normas que para el efecto dicte la Junta Directiva. Su administración correspondera a la dependencia que para el efecto señale el Acuerdo de Estructura Organica del Instituto.
