Dentro de quince días después de la fecha en que haya tenido lugar la asamblea anual de accionistas, los Directores elegidos en dicha asamblea, después de la debida calificación, tendrán una reunión en que elegirán Presidente de su seno, Vicepresidente y los demás empleados requeridos por los Estatutos, que deban elegirse anualmente, de acuerdo con los Estatutos del respectivo banco.
