Artículo único. Prorógase por dos años, a contar de la fecha de esta lei, la gracia que otorgó al jóven Manuel T. Urruchurtu la lei 49 de 1870, i, en consecuencia, los gastos de su educación en la Universidad nacional se harán del Tesoro público siempre que el agraciado observe buena conducta.
