° El Distrito Especial de Bogotá destinara el lote de terreno a que se refiere este Decreto para construcción de la Central de Abastecimientos y de otras dependencias para servicio distrital. Los lotes sobrantes serán urbanizados y vendidos por el Distrito, mediante encargo fiduciario al Banco Central Hipotecario, y el producto se aplicara a la cancelación de la deuda de que trata el Artículo anterior.
