Artículo primero. Créase la Junta de Compras del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, que estará integrada por el Jefe de la Casa Militar o en su defecto el Subjefe de la misma, el Secretario Jurídico de la Presidencia, el Jefe de la Oficina Administrativa, y el Auditor Fiscal de la Contraloría General de la Republica ante el mismo Departamento, únicos funcionarios que tendrán voz y voto. Como Secretario actuará el Pagador de la Oficina Administrativa.
