º Para que una candidatura a sede o subsede pueda ser aceptada, deberá ser presentada por el Alcalde Municipal de la respectiva ciudad y avalada por el Director de la Junta Administradora Seccional de Deportes de la jurisdicción La financiación de los eventos asignados será asumida, con el cumplimiento de los reguisitos legales sobre presupuesto, por terceras partes entre el Municipio, la Junta Administradora Seccional de Deportes y Coldeportes. Los recursos correspondientes serán manejados, en las sedes y subsedes, por el director respectivo de Coldeportes, o por quien haga sus veces, con sujeción a las normas legales sobre ejecución presupuestal.
