El Consejo Académico estará integrado por el Rector, quien lo presidirá, los Directores Académico y Administrativo, los Decanos o Jefes de las Unidades Académicas, un profesor y un estudiante, ambos elegidos por periodos de dos (2) años. La elección se hará de acuerdo con lo previsto en el Artículo 4° del presente Decreto.
